目的摸索在中职卫校如何构建学习型班级。方法以彼得·圣吉学习型组织理论的五项修炼为框架,通过对中职护生学习自主性的培养,理实一体化在心肺复苏授课中的应用等方面的研究,以改善学生的心智模式,引导学生进行系统思考;以“一个中心,两个支点”的策略构建学习团队,学生以共同愿景为中心,兴趣相投、个性互补地组成学习小组,进行团队学习,以实现共同愿景,自我超越。结果参与研究的班级班风学风优良,学习氛围浓厚,任课老师好评率>70%,学期课程成绩合格率>80%,护考平均通过率≥85%,综合素质相对较好,就业率>90%。结论以圣吉的五项修炼为指导,构建具有中职卫校特色的学习型班级切实可行,效果确切。
Objective To explore how to build a learning class in vocational schools. Methods Based on the five practices of Peter Sage’s learning organization theory, this study aims to improve the students’ mental state through the study of the autonomy of nursing students in secondary vocational schools and the application of the integration of the theories in the teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation Model to guide students to think systematically; build a learning team based on the strategy of “one center and two fulcrums”; students form a learning group based on a common vision with similar interests and complement each other; conduct team learning to achieve a common vision Self-transcendence. Results The students in the classes participated in the study had a good style of study and a strong learning atmosphere. Teachers’ ratings of> 70%, semester grade scores> 80%, average passing rate of nursing exams> 85%, overall quality were relatively good and employment rate was> 90 %. Conclusion Taking the five practices of Shengji as guidance, it is feasible and effective to construct a learning class with the characteristics of secondary vocational school.
