梳理我国文艺史料发现,1949-1966年国家创造性地以民族团结为策略和宗旨来处理少数民族文艺问题,将少数民族文艺逐渐纳入国家文艺政策的整体规范,并通过培养作家、编写少数民族文学史等方式开始了少数民族文学学科建科的起步工作。这些开启了新中国对少数民族文艺的整个建构过程。
Combining the historical materials of our country, we found that from 1949 to 1966, the state creatively took ethnic solidarity as a strategy and purpose to handle the literary and art issues of ethnic minorities. Gradually, ethnic minority literature and art was incorporated into the overall norms of national literature and art policy.
