应用自拟中药方肾特灵胶囊为主的中西医结合疗法治疗５１例原发性隐匿性肾炎患者，并与西药对照组作对比观察。结果治疗组完全缓解１１例，基本缓解２０例，好转 １３例， 无效７例，总有效率为 ８６．２７％；对照组总有效率为 ５６．８６％， Ｐ＜ ０．０１。治疗组单纯蛋白尿总有效率为８３．３３％，单纯血尿总有效率为９０．０％，蛋白尿兼血尿总有效率为８５．７１％。认为本病本虚证以肾阴亏虚最常见，而标实应重视血瘀兼证。
51 patients with primary occult nephritis were treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine based on self-made traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions such as Shen Teng Ling capsules, and compared with western medicine control group. Results In the treatment group, 11 cases were completely relieved, 20 cases were basically relieved, 13 cases improved, 7 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 86.27%. The total effective rate in the control group was 56.86%, P <0.01. The total effective rate of albuminuria in treatment group was 83.33%, the total effective rate of hematuria alone was 90.0%, and the total effective rate of albuminuria and hematuria was 85.71%. Think this disease is the most common deficiency of kidney yin deficiency, while the real standard should be attached to blood stasis card.
