走出中国,对于工程机械行业来讲,绝不是一个轻松的话题。也许是国内的市场太大、太火爆,已经让制造商们忙不过来,因此无暇顾及国外市场,问题虽然没这么简单,但绝对有这方面的因素。如今前期积累的大量产能怎么释放,已成为许多制造商的心病。中国工程机械行业的冷热一直与大的经济环境息息相关,有人说这正是不成熟的表现。产品单一,企业的盈利点有限;市场单一,国内的市场一旦冷清,企业就处于停产或半停产状态,经济指标恶化。如何能实现两条或多条腿走路,以便在下一轮宏观调控中不再遇到同样的问题,在国外开疆拓土,无疑是一个很好的出路,只可惜我们前期的积累太少,除了一些惨痛的教训、不好的名声,就是我们的缺陷,产品技术水平问题、资金实力问题、人才问题以及理念问题等等。许多企业开始关注出口问题,本刊就此话题请英国工程机械咨询有限公司总裁大卫·菲利普斯先生以铲土运输机械为例,为中国的制造商提一些建议,供广大读者参考。
