目的 探讨慢性支气管炎的气道炎症特点及IL -8在其发病中的作用。方法 以脂多糖 (LPS)气管内注入法复制慢性支气管炎大鼠模型。对各组大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)进行细胞计数和分类 ,用酶联免疫标记法测定各组大鼠血清及肺组织匀浆液中IL -8水平 ,并观察其支气管肺组织病理形态学变化。结果 模型组BALF中白细胞总数及中性粒细胞数较正常组显著增高。模型组血清和肺组织匀浆液IL -8水平较正常组显著增高。结论 中性粒细胞和IL -8共同参与了慢支气道炎症反应
Objective To investigate the characteristics of airway inflammation in chronic bronchitis and its role in the pathogenesis of IL-8. Methods Chronic bronchitis rat model was induced by intratracheal instillation of lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of rats in each group were counted and classified. The levels of IL-8 in the serum and lung homogenates were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The pathological changes of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid Learning changes. Results The number of leukocytes and neutrophils in BALF in model group were significantly higher than those in normal group. IL-8 levels in serum and lung homogenate of the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal group. Conclusion Neutrophils and IL -8 participate in the chronic bronchitis inflammatory reaction
