目前国际上锅炉受压部件强度计算标准有美国为代表的ASME,欧盟为代表的EN标准。ASME规范以美国为首,日本、加拿大等国家仿效美国技术形成本国标准,欧共体国家以德国TRD和英国BS标准为基础,形成了水管锅炉标准号为EN12952,锅壳锅炉为EN12953的计算标准。我国锅炉标准自上世纪五十年代引进原苏联标准,到目前几十年经历几次改版,部分参考了美国和欧盟规范,形成目前以GB39222水管锅炉强度计算为代表的强度计算标准。本文通过对比上述几个锅炉强度计算中安全系数、焊缝系数、计算压力、计算壁温选取以及基本强度计算公式结果,了解其中差异,为技术人员提供参考。
At present, the international standards for compressive strength of boiler parts are EN standards represented by the United States, ASME and the EU. The ASME Code is headed by the United States. Countries such as Japan and Canada follow the example of the United States to form their own national standards. The EC countries form the standard for EN12952 for water-tube boilers and EN12953 for boiler-shell boilers based on German TRD and British BS Standards. China’s boiler standard since the 1950s imported the former Soviet Union standards, the current decades of experience several revision, part of the reference to the United States and the EU norms, the formation of the current GB39222 strength calculation of water boiler as the representative of the intensity calculation standard. In this paper, by comparing the above several boiler strength calculation safety factor, weld coefficient, calculated pressure, calculation of wall temperature calculation and basic strength calculation formula results to understand the differences, for the technical staff to provide a reference.
