为了降低稠油出砂井的冷采成本 ,在对螺杆泵生产井杆管的受力、扭矩、应力及强度计算和分析的基础上 ,提出了采用 63 5mm小直径油管和 2 5 4mm抽油杆配PJG2 5—Ⅱ型接箍技术。在 1 5口施工井中 ,采用小直径油管井 8口 ,成功率 1 0 0 %,年增油 2 1 3 5t。现场试验表明 ,螺杆泵配小直径油管采油技术对稠油出砂井具有较强的适应性 ,可满足螺杆泵采油工艺要求 ,为改善稠油出砂井的生产现状提供了新的途径。
In order to reduce the cold mining cost of the heavy oil sand production well, based on the calculation and analysis of the force, torque, stress and strength of the production of the shaft rod of the screw pump, the paper presents the use of 63 5mm small diameter tubing and 254mm pumping Rod with PJG2 5-Ⅱ type coupling technology. In 15 construction wells, 8 small-diameter tubing wells were used, with a success rate of 100% and an annual oil increase of 21,35t. Field tests show that the screw pump with small diameter tubing production technology has strong adaptability to heavy oil sand production wells and can meet the requirements of the screw pump production process, providing a new way to improve the production status of heavy oil sand production wells.
