目的:探讨侵袭性垂体腺瘤MRI表现与B细胞淋巴瘤基因2(Bcl-2)和半乳糖凝集素3(Gal-3)蛋白水平表达的相关关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学Envision法检测26例侵袭性和23例非侵袭性垂体腺瘤组织中Bcl-2与Gal-3的蛋白表达水平,并与MRI表现上垂体腺瘤最大径线进行相关分析。结果:侵袭性垂体腺瘤组Bcl-2与Gal-3的蛋白表达均较非侵袭性垂体腺瘤组增高(P<0.05)。Bcl-2、Gal-3的蛋白表达与侵袭性垂体腺瘤最大径线呈正相关关系。结论:侵袭性垂体腺瘤生物学行为与Bcl-2与Gal-3的表达增高有关。Bcl-2、Gal-3可用于临床对于垂体腺瘤进行诊断及预后的评价。
Objective: To investigate the correlation between the MRI features of invasive pituitary adenomas and the expression of Bcl-2 and Gal-3 protein. METHODS: The expression of Bcl-2 and Gal-3 proteins in 26 invasive and 23 non-invasive pituitary adenomas was detected by Envision immunohistochemistry and correlated with the maximum diameter of pituitary adenomas on MRI. . Results: The protein expression of Bcl-2 and Gal-3 in invasive pituitary adenomas was higher than that in non-invasive pituitary adenomas (P<0.05). The expression of Bcl-2 and Gal-3 proteins was positively correlated with the maximum diameter of invasive pituitary adenomas. Conclusion: The biological behavior of invasive pituitary adenomas is related to the increased expression of Bcl-2 and Gal-3. Bcl-2 and Gal-3 can be used for the clinical diagnosis and prognosis of pituitary adenomas.
