为探索包钢生产含MgO球团矿的可行性,对添加不同比例蛇纹石及轻烧白云石的含MgO球团矿还原后矿相结构及添加蛇纹石球团矿的软熔性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:配加轻烧白云石会使球团矿产生较多液相,气孔不均匀,加剧还原膨胀;而配加适量蛇纹石能抑制液相产生,增加球团矿的气孔率,并使气孔大小及分布均匀,对抑制球团矿还原膨胀具有积极作用。且配加蛇纹石的球团矿软化/熔化温度升高,软熔区间变窄,有助于改善高炉料柱透气性,提高冶炼强度,降低焦比。

And with the serpentine pellets softening / melting temperature increases, the soft melting range narrowing, help to improve the blast furnace column permeability, improve smelting strength and reduce the coke ratio.
