针对某些自来水厂整个工艺流程自动化程度低,导致生产效率低、居民饮用水质量不高的缺点,基于水厂自动化工程改造进行了一种ControlLogix控制系统设计。在简要描述水厂生产工艺流程和ControlLogix控制系统的基础上,着重阐述ControlLogix控制系统的设计过程,包括系统总体构架、PLC控制系统和计算机监控及信息处理等部分,并给出较为详细的设计架构和技术环节描述。经所设计控制系统在某自来水厂一年运行情况表明,系统各环节运转状况正常,各项运行参数和指标表现良好,验证文章所设计控制系统的可行性和有效性。
In view of the low degree of automation of the entire process in some waterworks, which leads to the disadvantages of low production efficiency and low quality of drinking water for residents, a ControlLogix control system is designed based on automation of waterworks. Based on a brief description of the production process and the ControlLogix control system, this paper focuses on the design process of the ControlLogix control system, including the overall system architecture, PLC control system and computer monitoring and information processing, and gives a more detailed design framework And technical description. The operation of the designed control system in a water plant for one year shows that the operation of each link of the system is normal and the performance of various operating parameters and indicators are good. The feasibility and effectiveness of the control system designed in the article are verified.
