本文首先对现阶段广播电视台在编辑工作方面的工作现状进行了分析,然后分析了在新时期为了满足人们的需要广播电视台的编辑工作应该具备什么能力,最后结合现状提出了促进广播电视台编辑工作能力提升的策略,对于提高编辑工作能力,促进广播事业健康发展有一定的借鉴意义。
This article first analyzes the status quo of editorial work of radio and television stations at the present stage, and then analyzes what capabilities broadcasting and TV station editors should have in order to meet people’s needs in the new era.
