学者对满族人们生活的关注从未间断过,对其人文环境、风俗习惯、生活方式等等方面都有大量研究。满族饮食文化作为满族文化的一个重要部分,与本民族发和构建和谐社会的理念都有着及其重要的作用。因此,这就需要一些政策扶持我国满族饮食文化的发展。基于此,本文从政策角度出发对满族饮食文化政策进行初步分析,以求用政策法规来促进满族饮食文化的发展与进步。本文在分析满族饮食文化政策问题为出发点,寻求其存在问题的深层次原因,包括满族饮食文化相关法律法规体系不健全;满族饮食文化政策相关机制不完善;满族食品管理机制不完善等,并给出了一些政策建议:完善满族饮食文化发展的法律、法规及政策体系;推进满族饮食文化政策执行机制建设;促进满族食品安全管理制度的不断完善。
Scholars have never ceased to pay attention to the life of the Manchus and have done a lot of research on their humanistic environment, customs, lifestyles and so on. As an important part of Manchu culture, Manchu diet culture plays an important role in the concept of national development and building a harmonious society. Therefore, this requires some policies to support the development of Manchu food culture in our country. Based on this, this article from the policy point of view to carry out a preliminary analysis of Manchu diet culture policy, in order to use policies and regulations to promote Manchu diet culture development and progress. This article analyzes the Manchu diet culture policy as the starting point and seeks its deep-seated reasons, including Manchu diet culture related laws and regulations system is not perfect; Manchu diet culture policy related imperfections; Manchu food management mechanism is imperfect and give Some policy recommendations were made: perfecting laws, regulations and policy systems for the Manchu food culture development; promoting the implementation of the Manchu diet culture policy implementation mechanism; and promoting the continuous improvement of the Manchu food safety management system.
