不同生长年限采收期龙胆根、龙胆炮炙品及植物各部位中龙胆苦甙含量比较

本文用单向二次展开薄层层析光密度法,以四乙酰龙胆苦甙为标准品,对不同生长年限、采收季节的龙胆根、其炮炙品及各部位中龙胆苦甙(gentiopicroside)进行了含量测定。结果表明,三年生秋季采收的龙胆根中苦甙含量最高(7.83%),炮炙品含量比生品低0.5%~1%,地上各部位的苦甙含量很低,总量为0.98%,其中叶含苦甙仅0.08%。 In this paper, the unilateral secondary development of thin-layer chromatography optical density method, with tetraacetyl gentian glycosides as the standard, for different growth years, harvest season gentian root, its artillery products and various parts of the gentian bitter Gentiopicroside was subjected to content determination.
