针对单边带微波光传输应用要求,提出并研究了一种基于集成光波导微环谐振器与马赫-曾德尔干涉仪相结合的可调谐微波光子滤波器。分析了滤波器结构参数,包括耦合系数κr、周损耗因子γ1、附加相移Δφ1等对滤波响应特性的影响。结果表明滤波曲线的矩形度和消光比存在相互制约的关系。基于聚合物液态聚倍半硅氧烷(PSQ-L)波导,设计出矩形度为0.8、消光比为32dB的微波光子滤波器,通过电极热光调相该滤波器可以实现8~69GHz范围内的可调谐射频单边带滤波功能。
Aimed at the application requirements of single sideband microwave optical transmission, a tunable microwave photonic filter based on integrated optical waveguide micro-ring resonator and Mach-Zehnder interferometer is proposed and studied. The filter structure parameters including the coupling coefficient κr, the loss factor γ1, the additional phase shift Δφ1 and so on are also analyzed. The results show that the filter curve of the squareness and extinction ratio exist mutually restrictive relationship. Based on the polymer liquid polysilsesquioxane (PSQ-L) waveguide, a microwave photonic filter with a squareness of 0.8 and an extinction ratio of 32dB was designed. The electrode can be tuned by the thermo-optic modulation of the filter in the range of 8-69GHz Tunable RF single sideband filter.
