正确看待中国90后学生

  【摘 要】近几年,媒体的各类报道都在指责90后,因为一些负面影响,许多人对他们能否在工作上好好表现持怀疑态度。鉴于这一点,本文主要分析了他们的思想特点和就业观。

  Abstract:Recent years,various reports from media always blame the Post-90s generation.Because of some negative behaviors,many people take skeptical attitudes about whether they will do well in the workplace.On account of this,this thesis mainly discussed their ideological characteristics,new features of employment outlook.
  Key words:the Post-90s ideological characteristics employment outlook.
  1.Introduction
  Generally speaking,“the Post-90s” refers to the generation who were born between 1990 and 1999.Having grown up with the Internet makes them form their own personality and individuality.However,when they are mentioned,they are labeled as lazy,selfish,brain damaged and overall helpless.In consideration of these,this thesis in intends to change people’s prejudice by analyzing their ideological characteristics and employment outlook.
  2.Ideological Characteristics of the Post-90s
  To understand the Post-90s accurately,getting into them more deeply is helpful.Thus,analyzing their ideological characteristics will help a lot.
  2.1 Being Apt to Accept New Things
  It’s known that the Post-90s lives in a stage that China’s society experiences great social change,economics develops quickly and has a much closer connection with other countries.These make information open and easy to be gotten.Obviously,this generation can acquire information much more and easier than the previous generations.So students’ interests and hobbies are widespread,which makes them easier to accept new things.
  2.2 Strong Sense of Responsibility
  As for responsibility,most people blame the Post-90s’ because of some bad things they had done.However,this is only a part of them.It’s not reasonable to judge all of this generation because of a part of people.
  2.3 Distinctive Individuality and Strong Sense of Innovation
  The Post-90s’ individuality can be seen in the language they used on Internet and their attitudes towards work,for example,the Martian Language.They utilize this language to express that they are distinctive.And this feature of them is also reflected at work.Additionally,they have wide horizon which makes them get different and new ideas.Therefore,they don’t like simple and repetitive work.Naturally,promoting product innovation relying on their talent is favored by them.
  2.4 Negative Aspects of the Post-90s’ Characteristics   It’s true that they have negative characteristics.American psychologist,Erikson,declared that at puberty there exists a buffer time in psychology.This period makes teenagers try different roles in an environment that allows and encourages them to explore.From Erikson’s point of view,these strange behaviors the Post-90s have done are normal.
  3.Employment outlook of the Post-90s
  What is called employment outlook is that one’s attitude towards hunting for job.As stated above,the Post-90s isn’t like what the public talked about them.
  3.1 Pragmatic Employment Target
  In 2011,a survey showed that nearly 54 percent graduates chose to hunt for jobs after graduation,and jobs should be related with their majors.Another survey also has the same results which reviewed that most of the Post-90s students are willing to go back to their hometown to find a job.This showed that this generation are willing to work instead of relying on their parents,and don’t insist on the idea of staying big cities.
  3.2 Bases of Finding Jobs
  The questionnaire made by Guan Changhai and Gao Shuxian found out that the Post-90s graduates finds jobs according to their hobbies and interests besides the majors.Thanks to the Internet and their widespread hobbies,these youths are attracted by the posts that require high creativities and ability of using computer,such as Game Tester,Online Shop Owner,and so like.
  4.Conclusion
  To conclude,as a new generation,the Post-90s have their new traits.And from the statements above,the public has different opinions on this group of members,and most of them are negative.The study finds that people should get rid of their prejudices against these teenagers,and promote the Post-90s’ development.
