随着社会的发展和进步 ,人类逐渐认识到 ,农业的发展既要增加农作物产量 ,又不能破坏土地的持续生产力和生态环境 ,这就是可持续农业发展战略 .为农作物提供充足的氮素肥料 ,是大力发展农业生产的必要条件之一 .然而 ,过度地施用和依赖化学氮素肥料 ,也给农业生产和生态环境带来了巨大的负面影响 .在可持续发展日益成为世界各国的共识之际 ,人类再次把目光投向了生物固氮 .本文综述了国内外生物固氮在农业中的应用现状 ;通过对生物固氮优越性的分析 ,展望了生物固氮在农业中的应用前景 ,并着重讨论了实现非豆科植物高效利用生物固氮的技术策略 .
