介绍了用于控制分离器上位于高压端的离子源的各种电气参数的光控系统。在其高压端以及地端各有一个单片微型计算机,两个单片机通过两根光导纤维进行全双工串行通讯,多项源参数在光纤中以光脉冲的形式分时传输。该系统可以稳定弧流和温度,可以调整并显示所有离子源参数数据,并具有安全保护功能。高压端CPU与离子源之间采用光耦连接,低压端CPU与控制微机可进行讯息交流。
The light control system for controlling various electrical parameters of the ion source at the high pressure end of the separator is presented.
