笔者应用二黄消疹汤治疗急性荨麻疹,疗效较好。介绍如下。方药组成及服法:麻黄、大黄各18克,当归、川芎、杭芍、芒硝、生石膏、滑石、荆芥、黄柏、桔梗、薄荷各6克,生姜引。水煎服,每日一剂,儿童酌减。本方用于风热挟湿型荨麻疹疗效最佳。对于风寒型较次,且须加减:风寒型者减生石膏、黄柏,加葱白、羌活,麻黄、大黄量不减。药物疹加甘草。虫积加乌梅、槟榔.体虚者加党参。个别患者服后有轻微腹泻。孕妇忌服。 The author applied Erhuang Xiaoshi Decoction in the treatment of acute urticaria, the effect is better. Drug rash plus licorice. Insect plot plus ebony, betel nut. Indignation plus Codonopsis. Individual patients had slight diarrhea after serving. Pregnant women are not allowed.
