加热炉的燃烧过程作为典型复杂的工业被控对象,使用传统的控制方式存在一系列的弊端。将智能控制方法中的模糊控制和专家控制进行结合,针对空气以及煤气阀门开度加以控制,可以有效地提高系统的控制效率和控制效果。通过使用WinCC为工具对该智能算法进行程序设计,验证算法的可行性。最终实现对阀门开度的有效控制,达到了较好的控制性能。
Furnace combustion process as a typical complex industrial controlled object, the use of traditional control methods, there are a series of drawbacks.
