动作电位(AP)记录技术经过了一个不断发展和完善的过程:单电极记录AP可获得细胞外单相AP(MAP)且易受远电极部位电活动的干预;双电极记录技术能确切记录MAP,但无法记录细胞群的AP;多电极阵列是一种60个位点非侵入性同步记录组织AP的方法,可用于记录神经、视网膜及心肌等组织细胞群的AP。
