目的 观察原发性开角型青光眼 (POAG)眼压、视野与图形视网膜电流图 (PERG)q波幅值之间的关系。通过改变空间频率 (12 0′ ,6 0′ ,30′)选择青光眼电生理学诊断最佳刺激参数。方法 对 2 4例 (30只眼 )POAG病人进行眼压、定量静态视野及PERG检测。分析眼压、定量静态视野与PERGq波幅值关系。检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 眼压与PERGq波幅值变化呈负相关 ,定量静态视野缺损程度与PERGq波幅值变化呈正相关。高空间频率 (12 0′>6 0′ >30′)刺激在青光眼电生理诊断中异常检出率较高。结论 眼压、视野、电生理学等检查方法从不同侧面揭示青光眼视神经损害的程度 ,3种检查结果显著相关。电生理学检查技术可用于临床早期诊断青光眼。多种检查方法联合应用有助于早期诊断青光眼。电生理学检查技术在青光眼早期诊断中可以通过改变刺激条件提高诊断的敏感性。
Objective To observe the relationship between POAG intraocular pressure (IOP) and visual field (PVG) and the amplitude of q-ray of the graph retinal (PERG). Glaucoma electrophysiology was used to diagnose the best stimulation parameters by changing the spatial frequency (12 0 ’, 60’, 30 ’). Methods 24 cases (30 eyes) POAG patients underwent intraocular pressure, quantitative static field of vision and PERG detection. Analysis of intraocular pressure, quantitative static field and PERGq amplitude relationship. Test results for statistical analysis. Results The intraocular pressure (IOP) was negatively correlated with the changes of PERGq amplitude. The quantitative static visual field defect was positively correlated with the changes of PERGq amplitude. The high spatial frequency (12 0> 6 0> 30 ’) stimulation in the electrophysiological diagnosis of glaucoma abnormal detection rate higher. Conclusions Intraocular pressure, visual field, electrophysiology and other inspection methods reveal the degree of optic nerve damage in different aspects of glaucoma. The results of the three tests are significantly correlated. Electrophysiological examination can be used in early clinical diagnosis of glaucoma. A variety of examination methods combined to help early diagnosis of glaucoma. Electrophysiological tests can improve the diagnostic sensitivity by changing the stimulation conditions in the early diagnosis of glaucoma.
