针对普洱市水文现状,分析建设县级水文巡测基地的必要性、紧迫性,进一步认识建设县级水文巡测基地对改善基层水文职工的工作条件,整合测站人力、物力,提高水文预测、预报能力以及加快实现水利现代化具有重要意义。结合普洱市水文发展,探讨县级水文巡测基地管理对策,提出做好前期工作、加强基地建设、加快人才培养等几点建议,以加快县级水文机构发展。 According to the present situation of Pu’er City hydrology, it is necessary and urgent to analyze the necessity and urgency of constructing hydrological survey base at county level. Further understanding of the construction of county hydrological survey base to improve the working conditions of grassroots hydrological workers, integrate station manpower and material resources, improve hydrological forecast, Forecasting ability and accelerate the modernization of water conservancy is of great significance. Combining with the hydrological development in Pu’er City, this paper discusses the management countermeasures of county-level hydrological survey base and puts forward some suggestions such as doing preliminary work, strengthening base construction and accelerating talent cultivation so as to speed up the development of county hydrological institutions.
