复合材料蒙皮通过框梁提高结构强刚度,框梁与蒙皮之间存在附加载荷,该载荷会引起结构失效。而结构刚度匹配性设计,可减小连接载荷,本文对某复合材料蒙皮与金属框连接典型结构进行了分析,并对金属框截面尺寸、复合材料铺层角度进行了优化,使连接载荷随复合材料刚度增加而减小,复合材料安全裕度呈抛物线变化。
The composite material skin enhances the structural rigidity through the frame beam. There is an additional load between the frame beam and the skin, which can cause structural failure. The structural stiffness matching design can reduce the connection load. In this paper, the typical structure of the connection between a composite skin and a metal frame is analyzed. The sectional dimensions of the metal frame and the angle of the composite material are optimized so that the connection load varies with The stiffness of the composite decreases with increasing parabolic safety margins.
