鱼藤酮是一种低毒的天然杀虫剂,但是近年来发现它对机体的多巴胺能神经系统功能有损伤作用,体外和体内研究的结果都表明鱼藤酮可诱导多巴胺能神经细胞的退变和死亡,鱼藤酮暴露可以使动物出现帕金森病样症状,但因实验室的条件与人类接触的方式有所不同,目前的研究尚不足以肯定鱼藤酮可导致人类的帕金森病。本文综述了近年来的有关研究进展。
Rotenone is a low toxicity natural insecticide, but in recent years it has been found to have damaging effects on the body’s dopaminergic nervous system. Both in vitro and in vivo studies show that rotenone can induce the degeneration and death of dopaminergic neurons, Rotenone exposure can cause Parkinson’s disease-like symptoms in animals, but laboratory conditions are not the same as human exposure, and current research is not yet sufficient to confirm that rotenone can cause Parkinson’s disease in humans. This article summarizes recent research progress.
