垂直斜视较水平斜视少见,也较复杂,患者常因斜视、斜颈影响外观或复视不适而要求治疗。我院自1990年以来手术治疗20例,疗效良好,现报道如下。 临床资料 1.一般情况:20例中男13例,女7例。年龄4～58岁,其中10岁及以下8例,11～20岁5例,21～30岁5例,50岁以上2例。
Vertical strabismus than horizontal strabismus rare, but also more complicated, patients often due to strabismus, torticollis affect the appearance or diplopia and require treatment. Surgery in our hospital since 1990, 20 cases, good effect, are reported below. Clinical data 1. General situation: 20 males in 13 cases, 7 females. Aged 4 to 58 years old, of which 10 years and below in 8 cases, 11 to 20 years in 5 cases, 21 to 30 years in 5 cases, 50 years of age in 2 cases.
