目的优选蜘蛛香中缬草醚醛的最佳提取工艺。方法以缬草醚醛的含量为指标,应用正交设计法筛选蜘蛛香的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为药材粉碎过24目筛,用12倍量70%的乙醇,浸润0.5 h,回流提取2次,每次3 h。结论用优选的提取工艺提取,缬草醚醛提取率达89%以上,提取液中缬草醚醛含量较高,工艺合理可行。
Objective To optimize the optimum extraction process of valeryl ether aldehyde from spider scent. Methods The content of valeryl aldehyde was used as the index. The orthogonal design method was used to screen the best extraction technology of spider scent. Results The best extraction process was to grind over 24 mesh sieves, use 12 times volume of 70% ethanol, infiltrate for 0.5 h, and reflux extract 2 times for 3 h each time. [Conclusion] The optimum extracting technology can be used to extract more than 89% of valeryl aldehyde. The content of valeryl ether aldehyde in the extract is high and the process is reasonable and feasible.
