我市某压力容器制造企业在制造高压给水加热器中,发现管板与集水管的连接焊缝在焊后出现裂纹(见图1),经按原焊接工艺返修补焊后,仍然出现同样裂纹。第二次返修时,加大了焊接预热范围同时在焊接过程中采用锤击法释放应力,裂纹再未发生。图1裂纹部位与形状1设备参数与焊接工艺规范1.1设备主要技术参数见表1
