本文对我国胃癌死亡率不同的七个农村点所进行的胃癌流行因素的病例一对照调查资料,进行了多因素统计分析。从60多种因素中筛选出对胃癌流行影响较大的因素有:胃病史,精神因素 (爱生闷气),霉粮霉饭,虾酱,吃饭不规律,喜酸食,饮酒,吸烟 (以上为正相关,P<0.05~0.001),少吃豆及豆制品,习吃稀软 (以上为负相关,P<0.05~0.01)。利用所得的迥归方程,对北京市区200例城市胃癌“病例一对照研究资料作了预测分类,进一步提示以上因素为与胃癌有关联的危险因素中较为重要的因素。
In this paper, a case-control survey of gastric cancer prevalence in seven rural areas with different mortality rates of gastric cancer in our country was conducted and a multivariate statistical analysis was carried out. From more than 60 kinds of factors in the selection of factors that have a greater impact on the prevalence of gastric cancer are: Stomach history, mental factors (amateur sultry), moldy millet rice, shrimp paste, irregular eating, hi sour food, alcohol consumption, smoking (P <0.05 ~ 0.001), eating less beans and soy products, eating less soft (negative correlation, P <0.05 ~ 0.01). By using the regression equations obtained, the case-control study data of 200 cases of urban stomach cancer in Beijing were classified and predicted, which further indicates that the above factors are the more important factors in the risk factors associated with gastric cancer.
