近年来,建筑寿命一直是社会关注的热点。有人认为,我国的建筑寿命仅为30年,建筑“短命”原因是设计标准不高。有人提出,住宅设计使用年限应与土地出让年限一致,甚至建议提高到100年,减少因建了拆、拆了建所造成的资源浪费以及建材生产所产生的排放等。对这些认识和建议,从标准制定角度,并以建筑设计使用年限为时间节点,谈点个人看法。 In recent years, the life of the building has always been a hot topic in society. Some people think that China’s construction life is only 30 years, construction “short-lived ” reason is the design standard is not high.
