目的:探讨公务员膳食营养状况的特点,从而提出相应的建议。方法:通过采访100名政府工作人员和进行调查问卷。结果:有67%都在附近门口就餐,有57%的人都有身体上的小疾病。结论:公务员受时间和其他因素影响,吃饭大多在办公附近小吃店解决,并且不能按时按点进行,还得长时间面对电脑,很少锻炼,长期下去健康频频亮起红灯。公务员要有一个健康的生活方式,加强对饮食的管理,提高身体素质。
Objective: To explore the characteristics of the nutritional status of civil servants, so as to put forward corresponding suggestions. Methods: By interviewing 100 government workers and conducting questionnaires. Results: 67% dined nearby and 57% had minor physical illnesses. Conclusion: Civil servants are affected by time and other factors. Most of the meals are handled in snack bars near the office and can not be carried out on schedule. They have to face the computer for a long time and seldom exercise. The health of the public goes red for a long time. Civil servants should have a healthy lifestyle, strengthen the management of diet and improve their physical fitness.
