引出热震及其热震强度和热震指数等概念,试图定量描述高炉中、上部炉墙内的温度急剧变化。通过实测数据的分析,证明热震指数与炉墙侵蚀速度间呈线性关系。为生产高炉控制热应力产生的炉衬破损速度提供了检测方法和相应的理论依据。
The concept of thermal shock and its thermal shock strength and thermal shock index are introduced in order to quantitatively describe the rapid temperature changes in the upper and middle furnace walls. Through the analysis of the measured data, it is proved that the thermal shock index has a linear relationship with the erosion rate of the furnace wall. It provides a test method and the corresponding theoretical basis for the production of blast furnace lining thermal damage caused by thermal stress.
