在防汛工作中,利用远程视频监控及时掌握当前汛情十分重要。随着通信技术的发展,采用利用3G技术的移动视频监控,更加方便灵活。但由于3G系统上行链路固有的带宽受限问题,并不能很好满足当前的需求。文章分析了当前移动通信的发展现状,提出了在防汛视频监控中利用LTE(Long Term Evolution),很好地解决了带宽的问题,同时与未来通信技术的发展趋势相一致。
In flood control work, the use of remote video surveillance to grasp the current flood situation is very important. With the development of communication technology, mobile video surveillance using 3G technology is more convenient and flexible. However, due to the limited uplink bandwidth of the 3G system, the current requirements are not met well. The article analyzes the current development status of mobile communications and puts forward that using LTE (Long Term Evolution) in flood control video surveillance solves the problem of bandwidth well and is consistent with the development trend of future communication technologies.
