企业文化是以企业管理哲学和企业精神为核心,凝聚企业员工归属感、积极性和创造性的人本管理理论,它是现代经营管理发展的结果,是现代企业经营发展必备的利器。2010年,国网公司开展“建设统一的优秀企业文化”主题实践活动,提出“文化强企”战略思路,进一步推进统一的企业文化制度化、标准化建设。本文结合企业改革发展实际,谈一谈在坚持以人为本,建设自身企业文化方面所做的一点探索与思考。
Corporate culture is based on the philosophy of enterprise management and entrepreneurial spirit as the core, which embodies the sense of ownership, enthusiasm and creativity of the employees. It is the result of the development of modern management and the indispensable weapon for the development and operation of modern enterprises. In 2010, the State Grid Corporation launched the theme practice of “building a unified and outstanding corporate culture” and put forward the strategic thinking of “strong culture through culture” to further promote the institutionalization and standardization of unified corporate culture. This article combines the reality of enterprise reform and development, to talk about the people-oriented, building their own corporate culture to do some exploration and thinking.
