在校企工学合作中,由于传统教育思想观念及法律法规等的制约,使得学生对校企合作的实习内容、岗位、工资收入等方面的需求被忽视;而学生的利益需求对校企工学合作的成败有重要影响,政府、企业、院校和学生之间在校企工学合作中的行为又具有较强的相互依赖性。因此,校企合作的各利益相关方要以学生的利益需求为中心,转变观念,通过协商、让步、和解、容忍克制等互动方式,建立起长期稳定的良性互动关系,实现共赢。
