目的:了解大学生的学习倦怠及其与健康坚韧性之间的关系。方法:采用大学生学习倦怠量表和健康坚韧性量表对408名大学生进行测查。结果:男大学生在情绪低落、行为不当、成就感低和倦怠总分上都显著高于女大学生;不同年级的大学生在情绪低落上有非常显著的差异;不同专业的大学生在情绪低落、成就感低和倦怠总分上有非常显著的差异。健康坚韧性各维度与学习倦怠各维度呈极其显著的负相关,回归分析发现控制和承诺是学习倦怠的有效预测变量。结论:健康坚韧性人格对大学生的学习倦怠存在显著的影响。
Objective: To understand college students’ learning burnout and its relationship with health tenacity. Methods: A total of 408 undergraduates were examined by using the Burnout Inventory and Health Toughness Scale. Results: Male college students in depression, misconduct, low sense of accomplishment and burnout were significantly higher than female college students; different grades of college students in the depression is very significant differences; different professional college students in depression, sense of accomplishment Low and burnout total score has a very significant difference. The various dimensions of health tenacity and learning burnout are extremely significant negative correlations, regression analysis found that control and commitment are effective predictors of learning burnout. Conclusion: Tough personality has a significant effect on college students’ learning burnout.
