研究了不同含量稀土Er对原位自生Mg_2Si/AZ91复合材料组织和性能的影响,并讨论其变质机理。结果表明,适量的Er能有效细化原位自生Mg_2Si/AZ91复合材料基体的晶粒尺寸,同时改变初生Mg_2Si相在基体中的大小、形貌和分布。当Er加入量为0.5%,基体组织细化效果最为显著,其晶粒由250μm细化至180μm,初生Mg_2Si相由粗大汉字状转变为短棒状,大小由50μm缩减至20μm,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率也分别由168MPa和1.8%提升至190MPa和2.7%。
The effects of different contents of rare earth Er on microstructure and properties of in-situ Mg_2Si / AZ91 composites were studied and their metamorphic mechanisms were discussed. The results show that an appropriate amount of Er can effectively refine the grain size of the in-situ Mg 2 Si / AZ91 composite matrix and change the size, morphology and distribution of the primary Mg 2 Si phase in the matrix. When the amount of Er added is 0.5%, the microstructure refinement effect is the most obvious. The grain size is refined from 250μm to 180μm. The primary Mg_2Si phase changes from coarse Han to short rod and the size from 50μm to 20μm. The tensile strength And elongation also increased from 168MPa and 1.8% to 190MPa and 2.7% respectively.
