本文对镀锌铝生产线光整机在合辊时钢带容易起皱的实际工程应用问题进行了控制系统优化改进应用研究。首先分析了液压压下四辊光整机结构原理、液压压下伺服控制系统组成及原理以及系统的硬件构成。然后在分析光整机控制系统应用性能基础上,针对合辊时钢带容易起皱的问题,进行了控制系统的优化改进设计,并在原有S7-400CPU控制系统上编成实现相应的优化设计策略,并取得了良好的优化效果。
In this paper, galvanized aluminum production line finishing machine in the roll when the strip is easy to wrinkle the practical engineering application of the control system optimization and improvement of applied research. First of all, it analyzes the structure principle of the hydraulic four-roller optical finishing machine, the composition and principle of hydraulic pressure servo control system and the hardware structure of the system.
