根据对机场油库油品泄漏的无线网络化监测方式需求,采用光离子化传感(PID)技术,设计了一种基于MSP430单片机与CC2520射频通信相结合,并以锂电池供电结合太阳能补给的低功耗无线传感器节点。该节点以低电压工作的PID集成器件配合专门设计的主动式集气装置,并采用集成温度传感器进行温度补偿。对该节点用于机场油库油品泄漏检测的有效性分析和功耗估计表明,可以满足无线网络化监测油品泄漏的要求。提出了一种新的机场油库油品泄漏监测报警系统设计方案,综合应用检测技术、计算机技术、无线网络技术等,研究设计集气装置,并采用节点协同监测及节点低功耗设计等,使整个系统体现了智能化、安全可靠、节能实用的设计原则,可以满足机场油库现场实际监测需求。
According to the requirements of wireless networked monitoring methods for oil spills in airport oil depots, a photo ionization sensing (PID) technology was used to design a MSP430 microcontroller based on CC2520 RF communication. The lithium battery powered combined with solar energy replenishment Power Wireless Sensor Node. The node operates with low voltage PID integrated devices with a specially designed active collector, and uses an integrated temperature sensor for temperature compensation. The effectiveness analysis and power estimation of this node for the oil leakage detection of airport oil depots show that it can meet the requirements of wireless network monitoring oil leakage. A new design scheme of oil spill monitoring and alarming system for airport oil depot was put forward. The integrated gas detection system, computer technology and wireless network technology were used to study the design of gas gathering device. The node coordination monitoring and node low power consumption design The entire system reflects the intelligent, safe, reliable, energy-saving practical design principles to meet the actual needs of the airport depot monitoring.
