口腔黏骨膜瓣在种植外科、牙周手术、腭裂整复、口腔软组织缺损的修复中应用广泛。同外科皮瓣一样,确切的血供是黏骨膜瓣成活的基础,其中骨膜血管网对黏骨膜瓣的存活至关重要[1,2]。因此,对口腔黏骨膜的血供进行深入研究具有临床意义,而微血管的形态学研究是其中的重要一环。本文就口腔黏骨膜微血管构筑的研究现状作一综述。 Oral mucoperiosteal flap in implant surgery, periodontal surgery, cleft palate repair, oral soft tissue defect repair is widely used. As with surgical flaps, the exact blood supply is the basis for mucoperiosteal flap survival, with the periosteal vascular network critical to the survival of the mucoperiosteal flap [1,2]. Therefore, the in-depth study of the blood supply of mucoperiosteal mucosa has clinical significance, and microvascular morphological study is an important part. This article reviews the research status of buccal mucosa microvascular structures.
