山城舞风源自上海。以百乐门为代表的舞厅,风靡十里洋场,起始很早,而且花样百出。比如说舞女选花,选美。选花国总统,副总统,总理。1918年,第二届上海花国总统叫徐娣,巧的是当选民国政府大总统的,叫徐世昌。都姓徐,都喊做徐大总统,一个是国家元首,一个是花国舞女,笑煞中外。
