包膜超声造影剂线性散射与视频强度动态特性研究

本文在研究超声造影剂 (UltrasoundContrastAgents ,以下简称UCA)单个包膜微泡的谐振与散射特性的基础上得到了具有一定尺寸分布的包膜UCA的线性散射特性 ,分析了UCA浓度与肺循环尺寸对散射特性的影响 ,描述了超声场加快UCA声学消失的现象。根据B超成像原理建立了UCA的散射特性与视频强度之间的关系。理论和实验研究表明 :造影散射与视频强度的动态变化是UCA浓度变化和包膜微泡自身不稳定性共同作用的结果 ,对强度 时间曲线进行校正 ,补偿微泡的不稳定性引起的冲洗期加速下降的影响后 ,能更准确地反映组织血流灌注 In this paper, the linear scattering characteristics of coated UCA with a certain size distribution were obtained based on the resonance and scattering properties of single envelope microbubbles of ultrasound contrast agents (UCA).
