现代教育论认为,人的发展在本质上是一种通过实践不断自我建构的过程。这就是说,作为教育对象的学生,是为了满足自己身心发展的需要而上学求教的。对于学生而言,如果缺乏被尊重的情感体验,就无法形成健康积极的人生价值观。只有全面了解了学生的心理活动,才能打开心灵的大门,找到适合他们个性特点的教育途径与方法,有的放矢地实施教育过程并取得预期的教育效果。所以,我们要遵从这一原则,设计课堂教学,创建高效课堂,激起他们的学习动力和自我管理的意识,促进他们全面并且健康地发展。
Modern education theory holds that human development is essentially a process of self-construction through practice. That is to say, the students who are the target of education go to school for the purpose of satisfying their physical and mental development needs. For students, a healthy and positive outlook on life can not be formed without a respected emotional experience. Only when we fully understand students’ psychological activities can we open the door to spirituality and find ways and means of education that are suitable for their personality characteristics. We aim to implement the education process and achieve the expected educational effect. Therefore, we must abide by this principle, design classroom teaching, create efficient classrooms, arouse their awareness of learning motivation and self-management, and promote their comprehensive and healthy development.
