旅游与美食的融合不仅可以提升饮食文化的内涵,还对旅游市场的开拓具有重要意义。本文通过研究淮安美食旅游的现状,分析淮安发展美食旅游所具有优势,深入剖析其所存在问题,并提出了应转变观念,与其它形式的旅游产品形成联动、设计推出饮食文化特色旅游路线、加大旅游餐饮的宣传促销工作、加强美食旅游商品开发的策略。
The combination of tourism and food not only can enhance the connotation of food culture, but also for the tourism market is of great significance. This paper analyzes the current situation of food tourism in Huai’an, analyzes the advantage of food tourism in Huai’an, analyzes its existing problems, and proposes that the concept of tourism should be changed, linkage with other forms of tourism products should be established, and the tourism route of catering culture should be introduced. Large tourism and catering promotion work to strengthen food tourism product development strategy.
