The meeting heard a briefing by Secretary General Xia Zongxi and reviewed the work plan of the Society in 1995. He also conducted research and discussion on the relevant issues of the society, and resolved that: Comrade Xia Zongxi is the vice chairman and secretary-general; he instructs the secretariat to continue to apply for the formalities for joining the China Association for Science and Technology; set up a planning and design consulting company and instructs the secretariat to handle the work.
