分析垮落法和充填法回收房式煤柱围岩变形特征,得出采用充填法回收煤柱可以更好地控制围岩变形。分析影响回收煤柱围岩稳定性的6个主要因素,得出采空区充采体积比、充填物料抗压特性、工作面液压支架支护强度是可控关键因素,通过优化设备参数、提高采充工艺水平、对充填物料进行初始压实、选择抗压特性高的充填物料、增加液压支架支护强度等方式进行煤柱围岩稳定性控制。
Analysis of the collapse method and the filling method to recover the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock of the chamber type coal pillar indicate that using the filling method to recover the coal pillar can better control the deformation of the surrounding rock. The main factors influencing the stability of surrounding rock of coal pillar are analyzed. It is concluded that the volume fraction of goaf, the compressive characteristics of filling material and the support strength of working face hydraulic support are controllable key factors. By optimizing the equipment parameters, Mining technology level, the initial filling materials to be compacted, select the filling material with high compressive properties, increase the strength of hydraulic support and other methods for the stability of surrounding rock pillar control.
