本研究利用大学生性别角色量表和心理健康量表对吉林地区三所高校共589名大学生进行测试,采用描述统计、方差分析等研究方法来检验性别角色类型的分布是否存在显著差异,重点探讨了大学生性别角色类型与心理健康的关系,不仅为性别角色的研究和心理健康教育提供实证资料,而且丰富了国内关于大学生性别角色类型和心理健康关系的研究理论。研究表明:(1)在大学生当中,四种性别角色类型的分布存在显著差异,未分化类型占大多数,其次是双性化类型,最后是男性化类型和女性化类型。(2)不同性别角色类型的学生心理健康水平存在显著差异,其中双性化类型的学生心理健康水平最高,是最佳的性别角色模式。
In this study, 589 college students from three colleges and universities in Jilin Province were tested using the Gender Role Scale and Mental Health Scale of college students. The methods of descriptive statistics and analysis of variance were used to test whether the gender role distributions were significantly different The relationship between gender roles and mental health of college students not only provides empirical data for the study of gender roles and mental health education, but also enriches the research on the relationship between the gender roles and mental health of college students in China. The results show that: (1) Among the undergraduates, there are significant differences in the distribution of the four types of gender roles, the majority of undifferentiated types followed by the types of bisexuality, and finally the types of masculine and feminine types. (2) There are significant differences in the mental health of students with different gender roles. Among them, the students with duality have the highest mental health, which is the best gender role model.
