报道两亲性染料半花菁 (DAEP)与隔层材料氮冠醚 (NC)交替LB膜的热释电效应以及掺杂金属离子 (Ba2 + )对LB膜热释电性能的影响 .发现所测样品的热释电系数p高达 5 8μCm- 2 K- 1 ;在频率为 1kHz— 10 0kHz的范围内 ,其εr和tanδ的数值分别为 2 .34— 1.96和 0 .0 8— 0 .0 4 .并讨论了不同成膜方式和掺杂金属离子Ba2 + 对LB膜热释电性能影响的物理机理 .
The pyrolytic effect of alternating LB film with amphiphilic dye hemocyanine (DAEP) and the spacer material nitrogen crown ether (NC) and the influence of doping metal ions (Ba2 +) on the pyrolytic performance of LB films were investigated. The pyroelectric coefficient p of the sample was as high as 58μCm-2K-1, and the values of εr and tanδ were 2.34-1.96 and 0.80-8.0 respectively in the frequency range of 1kHz-10 0kHz The physical mechanism of the influence of different film formation methods and Ba2 + doping on the pyrolytic performance of LB films was also discussed.
