语文教师的文学素养,从“文学”角度概括,主要包括语文教师对生活的感知力、对“文史哲”知识的综合运用能力、文学鉴赏和审美能力、文学创作能力等。当前中学语文教师的文学素养现状堪忧,提高中学语文教师的文学素养,就要从“改变观念”、“关注生活”、“拓宽信息来源”、“社会帮助”四个方面予以考虑。
The literary accomplishments of Chinese teachers are summarized from the angle of “literature”. They mainly include the perception of Chinese teachers to life, the comprehensive utilization of knowledge of literature, history, philosophy and literature, literary appreciation and aesthetic ability, and literary creation ability. At present, Chinese teachers in secondary schools have a lot of literary accomplishments. To improve literary accomplishments of Chinese teachers in secondary schools, we should change their concepts from “change of concept ”, “focus on life ”, “broaden sources of information ”, “social help ” In terms of aspects to be considered.
