斯密是西方最早对经济活动与道德伦理的内在关联作过深入思考的思想家。他从道义上肯定人的自利心的正当性,同时又认为必须从道德上法律上加以约束,通过“看不见的手”的调节,从而可以实现利己与利他、富国与富民相统一的经济伦理思想,不但有益于我们对他的经济理论的深化理解,而且对于推动与我国市场经济相适应的道德建设也是一种很好的借鉴与启迪。 Smith was one of the earliest thinkers in the West who thought deeply about the intrinsic connections between economic activity and morality. He morally affirmed the legitimacy of human self-interest while at the same time believing that it must be legally morally bound by the regulation of “invisible hand” so as to realize the economy of self-interest and altruism, the rich and the rich Ethical thinking not only benefits our deepening understanding of his economic theory, but also serves as a good reference and enlightenment for promoting moral construction in line with our market economy.
