目的探索基于护士满意的护理质量控制方式在护理工作中的应用效果。方法选择12个临床普通科室2013年12月—2014年6月的226名护士作为研究对象。对比采取护士主动参与的质量控制模式前后,护士工作满意度、患者满意度和护理质量控制效果。结果通过半年的实施发现,除护士工作满意度中的Q1、Q2、Q8、Q10,患者满意度中的q1、q2、q3、q4、q14,以及护理质量控制效果中的急救物品管理质量外,其余项目与实施前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论该模式具有可操作性,能充分调动护士积极性,提升护士工作满意度的同时,提高患者满意度和护理质量管理效果,在临床护理管理工作中有推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing quality control based on nurses’ satisfaction in nursing work. Methods A total of 226 nurses in 12 clinical departments from December 2013 to June 2014 were selected as the study subjects. Before and after taking the nurses ’active participation in the quality control mode, nurses’ job satisfaction, patient satisfaction and nursing quality control effects. Results After six months of implementation, we found that in addition to Q1, Q2, Q8 and Q10 in job satisfaction of nurses, q1, q2, q3, q4 and q14 in patient satisfaction and quality of first aid management in nursing quality control, The remaining items compared with before implementation, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion This model is feasible, which can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of nurses and improve job satisfaction of nurses. At the same time, it improves patient satisfaction and quality of nursing management and has value in clinical nursing management.
